Food Bank: most people come with a referral however in some circumstances the Social Transformation Pastor will complete an on-site referral.
Surplus food is also available to everyone with or without a referral. They also provide a light breakfast, pastries, fruit, teas and coffee.
The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) is based there on Mondays 10am -12pm.

There is a short church Service, but with no obligation to attend.
Thursdays is The Haven Community Lunch Day. This is for everyone in the community.
The local housing association A2 Dominion run an Advice Hub. Also a team can help with finances and benefit advice, plus offering support with gas and electricity for those living in the TW16 postal area.
