Lime app: In the app menu, select Help, then Improper or illegal parking. Take a photo of the bike and include any relevant information in the comment field.

When reporting a Lime e-bike or e-scooter, it’s recommended to include:
- A photo of the bike
- The bike’s QR code, which is located between the handlebars
- The time and location the bike was seen
