Please be aware that Surrey Highways will be completing some highway improvement works at the junction on Feltham Hill Road, Southfields Avenue & Park Road, Ashford. These works will involve the removal and replacement of the raised speed table.
What?
Road Closure
When?
12th August
5 days
8am – 5pm
Sometimes plans must change, often due to bad weather or problems on other works in the same programme which can have a knock-on effect. Please check the information boards on site for date changes.
Where?
Feltham Hill Road will be closed from outside property number 144 to outside property number 160.
Southfields Avenue will be closed from opposite property number 1 to the junction with Feltham Hill Road.
Park Road will be closed from outside property number one and the junction with Old Nursery Place to the junction with Feltham Hill Road.

Why?
Following a routine inspection of the speed tables on Feltham Hill Road it was found that the ramps to the table were deteriorating. These works are for maintenance to repair (replace) the ramps, the speed tables are not being removed, and the scheme will remain in place.
Parked Vehicles?
It is essential to keep the road clear from parked vehicles.
