- Applicant appealed to Planning Inspectorate; an executive agency, sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
- Public hearing held. Only Cllr Rutherford in attendance, read statement on behalf of Ashford Town Ward Councillor, Cllr Arnold.
- Planning application APPROVED by Government Planning Inspector
- Licence application not yet submitted

Announced a hearing would be heard against the refusal of planning permission.
Due to our constant presence in the local community, a local resident approached Independent Spelthorne Group with a petition against the Adult Gaming Centre:

Governments Planning Inspector APPROVED planning application for APP/Z3635/W/24/3348201 with some conditions. Application for award of costs is refused

Licensing
Whilst the planning application was approved on appeal, a licence is still required to open. An application has not yet been submitted. We will let you know as soon as there are any more details.
