Please be advised emergency works being carried out by Cadent Gas on Chesterfield Road, Ashford junction with Stanwell Road. Expected to be completed 17th December, 2024.
These works are being carried out for an essential and immediate repair to a gas escape. TM advised is a road closure and traffic signals.
Please Note: The duration for any ‘immediate’ activity, such as a gas leak, cannot be initially challenged upon receipt of the permit. However, Surrey Highways do realise unplanned works of this nature can cause inconvenience and are liaising with the utilities company for updates on the progress as and when necessary.
