Governments Planning Inspector APPROVED planning application for APP/Z3635/W/24/3348201 with some conditions. Application for award of costs is refused

Whilst the planning application was approved on appeal, a licence is still required to open. An application has not yet been submitted. We will let you know as soon as there are any more details.
